We use art education to promote understanding of visual culture, enhance creative problem solving, and prepare students to succeed in the 21st century workforce. The Journey Program educational model merges several leading approaches to visual art education.

One innovative core component throughout our Journey Program is the curatorial practice piece in which students develop critical thinking and aesthetic discernment skills.  Each student collaborates with others in designing, installing, curating and hosting an exhibition of their work. This curatorial process is a better way to teach visual analysis and results in higher-level thinking.
