The first GSVA teen workshop at Skipping Rock Farm included two days of artmaking and fun for teens interested in building and expanding their art portfolios. The teens, of different ages and experience, worked on several unique pieces of artwork to add to (or begin) an art portfolio. GSVA Creative Director, Paul Hamilton, shared his own personal style with the teens, by assisting with landscape paintings, still life paintings, collage, and poster design in his inspiring studio space. This two-day, 10 hour intensive portfolio class was not only unique and informative to interested teens, but fun too! The day was ended with a bonfire, great food, live music, and conversation on the 6-acre farm.
